Some people will compose a message in Microsoft Word then Copy & Paste that in the editor on this forum. If you do that in the Visual Editor you can get very strange looking messages with computer code embedded in the message making it very hard to read.
Microsoft Word embeds that code and data for it's formatting of the word processor document. Just like anything else, if it's pasted in the Visual editor all the extra stuff comes with it in an attempt to format it exactly the same, but the Visual editor does not know how to handle that code thus your message may be unreadable.
The solution for this problem:
If you are going to compose your message in Microsoft Word and copy it over to this forum, paste it into the BBCode Editor window instead of the Visual Editor. If you want to make that the default - so you don't forget, it can be changed in your profile by going to the "settings" tab and selecting BBCode as the Posting Default.
