Join the [e-mail] E-mail system

To join (it is free) just send an email to [e-mail] with the subject left blank and only the word subscribe as the message. Be sure that the format of you message is set to "Plain Text" or your message will bounce (I cannot get used to that - they just started doing that lately). Once you receive notification that you are subscribed then you can post your message to [e-mail]. Should you ever choose to unsubscribe, just do the same thing you did when you subscribed only with the word unsubscribe as your message.
