I looked up Shelbania, Ky and found it is a small town of 2996 population in Pike County. In a town that small, locating the cemitary should not be difficult.

Actually, you would be really surprised just how difficult it can be to find family cemeteries in Pike co, KY. I'm a Runyon from Pike Co...most of the cemeteries are located in the mountains, in the backyard of homes, mostly unkept, lots of graves hand carved and hard to read. One of the older Runyon cemeteries that use to be in Fishtrap, Pike Co., was moved many years ago...most of my family and ancestors were buried there. I think there might be another one, I'm not quite sure where it is, but probably can find out...I visit that area often and still have many family members there. Who is the Runyon relation you are looking for, maybe I can help you? Feel free to email me at GinaG1016@aol.com.
Good Luck, Gina Runyon Griffith

There is one Runyon Cemetary located at Shelbiana, it is in the Annie E. Young Cemetary. The old Runyon Cemetary was located at Fishtrap, Ky. and was relocated to Annie E. Young when they built a dam up there. There is also an old Runyon cemetary in the Belfry, Ky. area located within the grounds of the Mountain Memory View cemetary. The Annie E. Young cemetary is the one you seem to be referring to, please feel free to contact me if you would like for me to go take a photo of a specific plot for you, as I live close by it. I do not charge for that, and since almost all of my family is up there (as well as the family of ginag1016, the other poster who is a first cousin of mine), I'd be happy to help.
